Thank you for such a memorable stay. Ailsa, you were so kind and caring when Hymie was ill, making all the arrangements and appointments. I cannot thank you enough. It is a delight to be in your home, everything is so wonderful, from the most delicious hot breakfast every day, to the chocolates in the room and the roaring wood fire was the cherry on the top.I have stayed in your B & B many times before and look forward to coming again, it is without a shadow of doubt the BEST.

Recently stayed 2 nights (5th March - 7th March).
Enjoyed a really relaxing stay. Comfortable rooms and beautiful, peaceful surroundings. We were made to feel really welcome during our stay and we were fed excellent home cooked food. Thankyou for a lovely weekend.

WHAT A DELIGHTFUL B&B. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO ALL. THE BREAKFAST WAS FIRST RATE AND THOSE POACHED EGGS WERE PERFECT!

We had a lovely stay at Great Harwoods Farm. A very warm welcome. Rooms decorated to a good standard. The muffins are the best I ever tasted!
Breakfast was perfect!

Our recent stay at Great Harwoods B&B was like staying with your best Aunt! Our host, Ailsa, was very warm and friendly and she had a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude about herself. Our bedroom had limited space but ok for a night’s stay and despite having a bathroom on corridor it wasn’t any trouble at all. Our room and the house was very well furnished with a modern, yet country decor and Ailsa had really gone the extra mile with her little trinkets that we discovered at every turn.
The B&B also had a wonderful swimming pool but unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to try this, however I did take advantage of the Beauty Salon that is built within the house. Oh and did I tell you about the breakfast in the morning.....it was like dinning out at one of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants!
So all in all, I highly recommend a short or long term stay at Great Harwoods Farm. *****

If I were to travel the world over I could not wish to find a friendlier or more congenial household in which to stay.
Breakfast: superb, vista from the bedroom window: splendid, company: unrivalled.
It is like a home from home.
I would reccommend the accommodation to anyone who values a relaxing stay at a venue offering warm hospitality, a welcoming family environment and especially the complimentary muffin upon arrival!!

My brother and i stayed at Great Harwoods Farm and I must say, we both enjoyed it very much, The rooms were always very warm and welcoming, clean and tidy and Ailsa cooked us the most delicious breakfast every morning and her muffins and biscuits are to die for.
We found the family a joy to be with and always had time for a chat with us and a laugh.
We both had a truely enjoyable stay at the farm with Ailsa,David and family and would not hesitate to stay there again,
